Hi Justin,
It may not be something that can be aspirated. You would have to see your physician and have a definitive diagnosis first. Allergies can cause your glands to swell up and the more chronic the allergies the more likely the glands are to stay swollen. Have you had allergy testing done to help determine what you are allergic to? Quote:
