The upper molar extraction gum puffiness is still here, and now I have another problem, going to thew dentist tomorrow. It's the bottom right side tooth , second from the last one, has a filling ( I don't remember how old ). Two days after the upper tooth extraction had some sharp pain coming from this tooth for a few minutes but it stopped. Couple of days ago ( it's been 7 weeks from the upper tooth extraction ) it started acting up again. It's not a sharp pain, not a dull pain, but something is going on. Will see what a dentist has to say tomorrow. I have a panorex posted in my earlier post " gum puffiness 6 weeks after a root canaled tooth extraction ". I know that there is a possibility of referred pain from upper teeth to bottom teeth and vice versa, so now I'm wondering was this tooth my problem in the first place, and I thought it was the upper tooth all along ?
