Default air bubble- black circle on dental ct scan, maybe the cause of gum puffiness ?

The dr. said it's nothing to worry about, even if he didn' t know why is it there.so what is it , if it's not an infection, according to him. He said, it will maybe stay there forever or it will dissapear slowly. And that is maybe the cause of my gum puffiness ( 9 weeks after the tooth extraction ).
