Default 2 months after wisdom teeth extraction, still issues.

Hi, I could really need some advice!
I need to add that I'm not in my home country, I'm living in Poland and it was hard to communicate with my dentist. It is generally hard to communicate with dentists here.

I'm a 30 year old woman and I removed my 2 right wisdom teeth 2 months ago. They were both under the bone and growing in a slightly angular position towards the second molars, so the dentist recommended me to remove them (didn't have any issues though).

It was really hard to remove the lower one, he had to cut it into pieces. I got stitches.
Recovery was hard, couldn't open my mouth for more than a week, swelling was huge. I did everything he told me to do (rinses, not eating for 10 days, just drinking). I don't smoke. I believe I didn't develop a dry socket as the pain was manageable.

However, after 2 weeks, when things were going better ( they removed the stitches, I could eat with the other side etc) I started to feel a weird sensation in my lower gum + pain. Due to language misunderstandings I couldn't see my dentist when this problem started (long story, but the result was that I was left alone). I knew something was wrong. My face swelled up again big time and my jaw was "locked". I had a little yellow thing coming out of the site. I went to a general dentist who took an x ray to see if something was left there but said everything looked fine. She said she didn't want to open there as it seemed clean from bone rests etc. I got antibiotics (clindamycin 600 mg, 2 times/day). The swelling went down and the situation improved slowly.

Now, 2 months after, my situation is as follows

- I eat with that side and feel usually no pain. No swelling.
- I don't really feel my lower gum, if I floss it feels like I had local anesthesia. this numbness started when the infection started and has not left.
- I have sensitive teeth on that side. Cold liquids can make me cry.
- I still have small holes, they look OK I guess.

My question is, is this normal? I went to see a dentist in another city (I moved) and he said it was normal, but then I read stories about ongoing bone infections that I'm afraid I have something like that going on, as I never got the site drained. How can this be ruled out? Should I do anything?
I'm a bit scared :-(

Thank you a lot!
