Default apicoectomy, day 4

Hello:

I had two root canals on the left upper side (#14 was symptomatic, #12 was asymptomatic and not really very bad but to be preventative, it was agreed to work on that one also)

I had swelling but slept mostly propped, so the swelling was minimal. Pain managed on advil.
However, I had some pain or discomfort at left nostril and sinus area. The Endo office stated this was because they worked near my sinus area and because they were moving and pushing my face (they were) a bit.

I just expected that by Saturday (I had this done on Tuesday late afternoon) I would have next to no pain. (Akin to a root canal or pulled wisdom tooth) - however, I still feel enough pain in the upper jaw/lower sinus area.. kind of the area if you went under lip, the edge where the gum meets sinus, where I do take advil morning, afternoon and night- 3-4 times a day.

Is this somewhat normal?
I should mention that again, it was two teeth, 90 minutes in chair with actual endo surgery, and one tooth needed to be reworked/part of root removed. <--#14
The other tooth was a quicker fix but honestly, the whole side still feels swollen and "awkward".

Any insight would be great.
I'm calling them on Monday/Tuesday if things seem sketchy for a quick look.

ALSO - second question. Not sure if it is stress or not, but I feel still a bit tired… I expected to be peppy and back to yoga, the gym, full schedule - but I'm half mast at best. Not sick, not feverish, just lazy.

I'm hoping that this is potentially normal and I'm going to focus on being optimistic.
