Default Oral communication to sinus

Had a bad middle top tooth extraction that resulted in a very largehole that got in effected 6 months later.

Last Monday I had the hole closed with a flap is skin anyway week went by everything went good surgeon seen it again a week later looked good and did a water test everything seemed fine.

Well tonight after work it seemed like a little water or something made it's way down. Question is will this small hole still heal shut.

Really don't want to have surgery to seal it again. Hear a lot on the tissue turning into skin and forming an non healable tunnel again like last time.

southwest,

You need to be clinically evaluated by the oral surgeon to determine the size and location of the opening. It is wise to get that appointment soon.

All the best.
