Hi,
I've been reading a lot of old threads on here which I have found really useful. But just wondered if anyone could advise me? Sorry it seems a long story! My problems started around 8weeks ago with what I thought was sinusitis, facial pressure and pain on all upper molars. Saw dentist who couldn't see anything but xray was broken so saw doctor who prescribed me a course of antibiotics for sinusitis. Improved for short time but came back - back to dentist as now more specific to a tooth, had an xray, = an abcess. More antibiotics and booked for extraction as tooth fractured. At this point had swelling on gum and also pain would radiate to ear and almost up nose. With occasional numbness in left earlobe. Did mention this to dentist Had upper molar pulled out last Friday (26/09) Pain gradually worse, so back to dentist I went yesterday (30/09) and now have a dry socket 😖 which was also very swollen. So packed and more antibiotics. So after all that my question is..... Should I be concerned about worsening numbness?, (was intermittent but permanent last 4 hours) numb/tingling in left earlobe and under jawline 😳 Many thanks X |
