Default Help! aching teeth after extraction.

Hi, i just got 4 premolar teeth extracted for my braces and i'm at the end of day 2 right now. I've been having this ongoing toothache on the teeth adjacent to one of my extraction sites. The other three are totally fine and painless but this one on the left has been aching for awhile now and it's killing me. I've been on panadol since the extraction to alleviate the pain but i don't want to keep taking painkillers for health reasons. Do you think i have a chance of developing a dry socket? I do see a bit of white stuff/area near the socket but the blood clot is there in tact and the pain doesn't feel like it's coming from the socket but the teeth around it. This teeth also took a bit longer to remove than my other 3 teeth...i'm guessing the nerves around might have been agitated? What should I do..this thing is driving me crazy
