How much arnica for tooth extraction ?

Default How much arnica for tooth extraction ?
I have an appointment for a ( # 5 , root canaled ) tooth extraction on Monday , I'd like to try taking arnica, I just don't know how often and how much ? I red that you are not suppose to take it before the extraction only after ?
