Default Not feeling well...

I had tooth #13 extracted on Monday. It was infected badly and had been draining prior to the extraction and is still draining. I've been dealing with this tooth problem for about 6-8 months. I was unable to eat on that side and was going to have a root canal, but the pain was so bad I opted to have it removed. The dentist who removed it said that the infection was very, very bad. Here's the problem, I started out on penicillin, but it wasn't working and they changed my script to clydamycin, but now my eye socket, my temple area, my ear and thtost are soar. I called the dentist today and he said to keep taking the medicine and rinse my mouth with salt water. My sinuses have also been affected before the extraction and afterwards. Should I be concerned?
