Bone not filled up half a years after extraction

Default Bone not filled up half a years after extraction
Hi,

I have two teeth extracted last Oct. Now it's been 5 months, I just took an X-ray at the clinic and it shows the bone is still not filled up properly, my concern is that are there any cavitation formed because it's been half a yea
