What is wrong with the TMJ? Is the problem on one side or both? Do you have arthritis in the joint.... on one side or both? Is the TMJ a muscular problem?

This is a very interesting video on TMJ when the problem is truly muscular related. One dentist is in Arizona and the other in Boston. I don't know where you are located but you could give them a call as they may be able to refer you to someone near you who has trained under them.

The bonding on the lower teeth may or may not be able to be removed without injuring the teeth. That is a clinical decision up to the treating dentist.

It has already been established that your lower jaw is not adequate for regular dental implants. So the only other solution may be a removable partial denture.
