leesal,
What is wrong with the TMJ? Is the problem on one side or both? Do you have arthritis in the joint.... on one side or both? Is the TMJ a muscular problem? This is a very interesting video on TMJ when the problem is truly muscular related. One dentist is in Arizona and the other in Boston. I don't know where you are located but you could give them a call as they may be able to refer you to someone near you who has trained under them. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q0xkJNF0l_E The bonding on the lower teeth may or may not be able to be removed without injuring the teeth. That is a clinical decision up to the treating dentist. It has already been established that your lower jaw is not adequate for regular dental implants. So the only other solution may be a removable partial denture.
