I continue to enjoy great dental health with my dental program I've listed in this thread. No dental visits in years. No problems. But I've had my share in my long life. Wish I had known all this years ago, but as they say: When the Student is ready, the Teacher will appear. I wasn't ready for the Teacher years ago, I guess.

I've been gone for about 5 months on a knee issue and in hospital two times and three rehabs....long long long story.

All the time I was gone I NEVER was without my jar(s) of coconut oil. Many of the nurses especially from the philippines have been using CO all their lives.

Well, I just proved something I didn't plan to prove. I didn't use CO Toothpaste for the last couple nights and just used my health food store toothpaste and found plaque/tarter building overnight. I needed to make a new batch and was a little lazy. CO Toothpaste is the only way to go. For ME for sure.

For those who don't want to make up their own Toothpaste, I just bought this tube to try a brand and it is really nice. I like Now Foods products a lot anyway. I now combine my own and some of this one from the tube.

Now Foods, Solutions, XyliWhite, Toothpaste Gel, Coconut Oil, Mint Flavor, 6.4 oz (181 g) - iHerb.com

Well, I know what I'm doing is working, keeping me out of dental offices and keeping my mouth in good order. I'm into 8 yrs of no dental visits.

I continue with cutting way back on refined carbs and SUGAR and love love love not going to dentist.

I've done my share in my early years when I was not very smart ... it takes years of issues to wake up. I'm 80 now...and going into 24 yrs with grape seed extract that keeps my gums healthy.
