Angry tooth extraction of molar but terrible pai n swelling front teeth

Hi,
I had a back molar pulled on Thursday of last week. I keep the gauze packing in it the entire day and went to sleep with it that night also because it was seeming to damper my pain after the numbness wore off from the extraction. The next morning I took the gauze out not realizing that it was stuck kinda in my socket- when I pulled it out I noticed a little blood clot attached to it. I experienced pain then and bleeding so I re packed it with gauze and took meds and it stopped. I continued to take metronadizole until Saturday- the last of my antibiotic regimine I had been prescribed before my tooth was pulled. I have continued on a steady basis to have a mild annoying pain on the side of my mouth where my tooth was pulled sometimes its n my tooth behind the socket sometimes it's above it in those teeth- here and there I have soreness and pain towards my ears and under my cheek just above my mouth. My whole gum line is has been sore. I awoke this morning and I have some some little what seems to be sores right below where the tooth was pulled and a small bump on the edge of where the tooth was pulled that seems to be linked to the other lil sores- they are tender to touch and in retrospect it may be one sore that is kinda spread over my gum. Anyway- I have suffered for some time with pain and sensitivity in my front lower teeth- I told the dentist about it before he pulled the molar and he said he didn't see anything wrong with those teeth - that he would has to X-ray it to see if it was underlying problem. The front teeth are so sore and have swelling off n on. The thing is these front teeth hurt - I take norco for the molar discomfort and it will go away- but the pain n my front teeth never subside. I dont think it's linked to my molar because I have had sensitivity and pain n it for some time - I had started using sensodyne toothpaste cause I thought it was just a sensitive tooth - but if a pain pill will kill pulled tooth pain ️️Why not this front tooth pain! Also why am I getting these little sore on my gum line now that my tooth is out? Could it be infection attempting to come out my gumline? When I don't take a pain oil my socket hurts and the pain goes up my face in front of my ear like my temporal artery area n throbs but long as I take my pain meds I have no problem. My socket is white - it did have a small dark hole n it but that is white too- I started gargling with salt water yesterday after reading on the net about it- it only helps while the water is in my mouth for the molar but again the front teeth never stop hurting despite anything- the pain n my molar has not been so bad that I can't function like it was before my tooth was pulled but it is a constant pain however my pain threshold is high - the pain n my front teeth is worse than the pulled tooth! Do u think it has some infection in it? I'm freaking and worries to death cause lord forbid I have to get one of my front teeth pulled, I would simply die at 30😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 please help me!
