Default Tooth Enamel Destruction

My neighbor is working with monosodium phosphate to help build up tooth enamel...this friend drinks fluoridated water as she cannot afford to buy better quality non fluoridated water. Our city started this fluoridation in 2009. I buy all my drinking and cooking water NOW. Fluoridation is about 7 decades long in the U.S. mostly.

She learned of this phosphate issue from Dr. David Williams book she has from him.

If you read thru this link there is talk about phosphates.

Kefir I'm told has high phosphate content as another friend takes it as she works with Chronic Fatigue issues and has been for many years. I'll look at kefir with no sugar the next time I'm at whole foods. She buys trader joe's no sugar kefir. I avoid dairy products a lot.

I could go on about the fluoride issue but I need to keep calm.
