Default tooth extraction 4 weeks ago

I had 1 tooth pulled on top left next to my meat
Sharp tooth ... on january 26th ... a few days ago I had a
Bone fragment come out.. its felt kinda pressury ...n
Tender.. I'm wondering if this is normal...my sinuses
Has been going kinda crazy too so I don't knw
If that could b causing problems too... no fever at all
Either ... I called my dentist n they told me
To take tylenol becuz I can take ibrpofen ..
Cuz its not swollen..

hollygirl,

It is normal to have some bony fragments come out of an extraction site. However, if your tooth was infected and the infection spread to your sinuses or during the extraction the sinus was perforated, then you may need to have further treatment.

Did the oral surgeon that extracted your tooth mention anything about a sinus perforation or sinus communication?

Also, do you smoke? What are you using on your toothbrush to brush your teeth with and are you rinsing with anything?
