Default How should a Bone graft feel after 13 days?

Hi All,
13 days ago, I got a bone graft for 7 and 10 so that I can start thinking about getting implants done down the line (I haven't had teeth there for 10 years. They were lost as a result of a fall induced by a seizure).

The dentist removed the sutures and considered that I'm healing suprisingly well. In general, it's true, barely any swelling or pain. Now, though, the space in 7 feels a bit weird.Initially, it felt really bulky, like I had a weight up there. Now, when I talk, smile and chew, my lips move around above the gum and it feels like there something squishy or pointy inside.

I'm due for another check up on the 8th but hopefully it won't be something along the lines of "Well, guess it didn't work!" Any thoughts? Is this normal?

Thanks
E
