Certainly no expert here, but I keep my mouth very healthy with myrrh tincture and also oil of oregano. One can make a gargle with either of these or just swish around in mouth. Both of these are great for dental issues.

Have you tried swishing with hydrogen peroxide?

I also ONLY use homemade coconut toothpaste. Just a few suggestions that work for my dental/mouth health.

Welcome here and I've been gone for some time on a health issue, long long story, but now dropping in from time to time.
