Default Infection lanced and removed

Hi, I recently had a big lump located next to my right nostril under my lip. (lump was where you would have a mustache)
It was quite big actually but had zero pain, even when I pressed on it I could only feel pressure and no pain.
Also if I lifted up my lip I couldn't see the lump only feel it with my fingers.

Anyways, I went to the dentist he said it was an infection and that I would need 2 root canals done on 2 of my front teeth. (due to necrotic tooth)
He used a blade to lance a small incision of the skin in order to get to the lump. he cut into the lump and said that yes pus came out. He scraped the infection out and proceeded to do both root canals.
Put me on antibiotics Clindamycin 150 mg 9 times a day for first 3 days. (I'm on day 2 of the treatment)

Well here is my concern, I have a soft lump again in the same spot that the infection was, and a small red bubble poking through the incision he made.
the bubble looks like what a blood clot looks like when you have a tooth extracted and when it clots inside the socket.
my question is, could this just be a big blood clot poking through the incision?
Or could the lump be the infection again even while i'm taking anti-biotics?
the bubble doesn't look infected, it is only red and tender. No white color or pus.
