OP: I've had my share of dental work in my 79 yrs...Finally I've cut way back on sugars/carbs and make my own coconut toothpaste for the last couple yrs...I have a post on that. Grape Seed Extract I know is saving my gums, long story there.

And about almost 20 yrs a great conservative dentist gave me a Maryland Bridge for a space that needed a tooth. There are sites on the Maryland Bridge.

I have plenty of crowns and bridge work but thankfully no implants....they just don't feel right to me.
