Default Do some Never Get Wisdom Teeth?

I've wondered about this and I'm 79 and can't recall ever having a wisdom tooth issue. Could they be under the gums and just never moved to come up or were they never in my mouth? Maybe someone can tell me. Thanks.

Hi -- I'm 73 and I've never developed a wisdom tooth. My dentist said that the lack of wisdom teeth seems to be getting slowly more common.
I have terrible teeth and he says that I need wisdom teeth -- I need anything to attach a new bridge.

There are explanations about this:

Why do Some People Lack Wisdom Teeth - Why DoWhy Do

I've had so much dental work in my life and KNOW all from too much sugars/carbs in my childhood on and the so called great fluoride did not help me. I was born and raised in that stuff...lots of pros/cons on fluoride...we get too much overall from foods, faucets and toothpastes, etc. I avoid it as best I can and CUT way way back on sugars/carbs.
