Confused 14 Days since Wisdom Teeth removed

Hi there,

Today marks 2 weeks since I had my bottom two wisdom teeth extracted.

I was in severe pain on Day 9 and went to the dentist because I didn't think it was normal. He cleaned the area out, removed my stitches and packed it. He didn't tell me I had dry socket but I am assuming it was because the pain disappeared immediately.

I returned to the dentist yesterday (Tuesday) and he repacked it despite there being no pain.

The packing fell out tonight (Wednesday) while I was using the syringe to clean out both sides (as the dentist recommended). I'm not sure if all of it fell out or just a little bit.

I haven't had any pain and am not sure if I should be calling tomorrow to have it repacked or if I'm safe to go without it since I'm having no pain.

Thanks in advance.
