Default 4 Supplements Dentists need to discuss re: Periodontal Disease

As I've posted here for a couple years I LOVE Grape Seed Extract and also coconut oil and toothpaste made with CO. I have a mouthful of dental work but for the last 7 yrs or so have stayed out of dental offices. My gum health is good and so are the teeth and bridges/crowns I have good too.

I've also cut way way back on sugars/carbs...and eat no breads, don't bring bread into my house. Treat myself with a bran muffin now and then and cream cheese and coconut milk yogurt but that's about it RIGHT NOW.

We've been talking about P.D. on another group and of course I swear by what Grape Seed Ex has done for my healthy gums. And I love not supporting the dentists.
