Default Help! Freaking out about oral cancee

I found this red spot between my incisor tooth and one of my front teeth on the gum. It doesn't hurt but its BRIGHT red. I dont chew on that side due to extraction & have not hurt it. I brush & rinse with salt water. I've never had something like this crop up. Can anyone tell me what it is. Needing peace of mind right now. I dont smoke or drink but do have lots of teeth problems. Thanks!
