Question Preparing for teeth extractions.

Good evening, my name is Brian and I have had teeth issues since I was a young teenager. I have Crohn's and possibly Lupus, that hasn't been confirmed one way or another just yet, and I am at the point where I just want the aches and pains to stop in my mouth.

I have had roughly 10 teeth extracted in my life, including impacted wisdom teeth, however since I have been diagnosed with Crohn's things have been taking longer to heal.

Multiple cavities have been filled but they still ache off and on, sometimes all day nonstop. Others have spikes of intense but short lived pain for no reason while others do so when they experience temperature differences.

Currently I am on Augmentin for an ear infection after another antibiotic failed to work. Hasn't helped the mouth pains at all so doubt there is any infections there. I brush 2-3 times a day with Sensodyne, floss probably 1-2 times a day depending on what I eat and use zero alcohol Listerine mouth once once a day though admittedly sometimes I go a few days between use.

I do grind my teeth and clench, used to have TMJ in the mornings to the point I could hardly open my mouth some days but for whatever reason that has thankfully stopped.

My last extraction was in early July. The previous month I had one removed as it was internally fractured according to an xray and the tooth directly behind it moved a month later when eating a sandwich causing pain and bulging the gum.

That one? Still hasn't healed despite all these months. There is still a near constant ache there along with a strip of red and what looked like a very small hole. The dentist checked and said it wasn't a hole and with the xray showed the bone having been filling in fine, they labeled it as a lesion and told me to see whatever dental surgeon I could to get a biopsy of it.

The gum in that area has not filled in nearly as much as the one directly next to it for some reason either.

Having said all of that at this point I just want all my teeth out to stop the constant worry and pains. In preparation for that I wanted some advice if possible on how to potential help the healing process.

My thought was vitamin B12, vitamin E, calligen and grape seed extract. This is from my own research online into what might help as no dentist has ever told me in all my 33 years of life about them.

Trying to look into studies is difficult, all the scientific and medical terms has left me only picking up pieces of the studies. Does any person here have experience with such things working after some type of oral surgery and do they think using those pre-extraction and afterwards will help the healing process?

Thank you for your time and any thoughts into this matter.

Brian, sorry to hear of your issues and the Crohns and possible Lupus. I firmly believe so much in grape seed extract and it is 50 times more powerful than E, and 20 times more powerful than Vit C. So I'd think work with Grape Seed Ex and Vit C and of course go way way back on sweets and carbs in your diet. Adopt a major non surgar and lower carb diet. And sadly it's true no dentist will tell us these things....

Oh and a P.S. get off commercial toothpastes that contain so many toxic ingredients like SLS...I woke up to this and use only a coconut oil based toothpaste and I made my own for a long while but now buy Now Foods Coconut Oil toothpaste and love it and does my mouth.
