My theory is at times the body rejects the tooth just because it is dead now but that's just my thoughts. I am very sorry your in pain we are in the same time line of having our teeth worked on. It's terrible. I am considering getting on an antidepressant to see if it helps the pain. Pulling is also an option I am considering and may end up doing that if I don't get an answer. I might seek a ENT or facial pain specialist at this point. Wishing you nothing but the best. |

I have a conversation gong with another person who also had something similiar to us. We are both in the change of life and wondering if hormones are also at play? Just a thought not sure if your in that age bracket.

I am 28 years old, never had any health problems before this, so I know for sure it all strarted because of this procedure. I just need to figure out what this can be. I will do an allergy test to the materials that been used during the procedure. Then, probably a surgery to remove left material, and if nothing changes will go see a neurologist. I dont think I have any other options besides these.
I hope you get answers to your situation as well! ❤Its horrible to be in constant pain and dont get any answers on what can be done to improve it. |

Hi Hanna, you haven't logged on since 2020 but I really hope you see this. What you described is exactly what I am experiencing after my root canal. Did you find any relief. Its been over two months for me.

I would talk to a neurologist about Trigeminal Neuralgia! I have TN2, and this TN often presents after dental work. Mine for example, was triggered after a root canal. I have pain in that tooth. It's a long story. But let me know if you have any questions. Liz |
