Shocked Very Confused With Symptoms

It all started about 2 months ago I started having pain on right lower jaw teeth.
It felt like it was likely the back three. I go to dentist and he x rays and tells me
that a tooth they filled a year ago went bad and needs root canal. Only issue was Virus Scare has slowed availability so he just did a partial root canal.
Few short days later throbbing teeth same area. I go back in and this time he tries the hot and cold test on all three teeth at the pain sites. He told he the right low jaw wisdom tooth is also bad and likely part of my pain issues. The Dentist extracts the Wisdom tooth. He had hard time took him half hour and he had to take it out in two pieces. However I must also say he had to keep giving me pain shots right at the extraction point because I kept feeling pain while he was trying to pull the tooth, After about three days MORE pain and throbbing and nasty taste. Went back in dentist says likely DRY SOCKET.
I am now 9 days out from extraction date but having more issues.
Jaw throbbing at times and teeth hurt. If I drink fluids or eat NOW other teeth
start to throb. Like referred pain? My low front teeth ache off and on and my other teeth on both sides of mouth hurt off and on,
And I am talking about sensitivity throbbing. Why would several other teeth start to hurt and throb after my low right jaw wisdom extraction?
Also a few days after the extraction I got a cold sore above my lip ; I have had cold sores before but only on my lips and not on skin by the lip.
Any ideas? Before the extraction I never had issues with other teeth throbbing. All started after extraction. On both sides of mouth .Upper and lower teeth. Seems like each tooth takes turns hurting. One will throb a while and stop and then another. very painful toothaches,,, Even the tooth he did part root canal on hurts still. Very painful throbbing teeth attacks. I feel like all teeth are now very sensitive and ache.
I am frustrated. I keep calling dentist telling him I am in pain. And now that the root canal extraction point is starting to heal Pain starts in other teeth.
Likely dentist thinks Im Crazy. I really am not sure if he know what else might be going on,
