I don't know the details of your dental implant and where the placement of your implant is. I would seek advice from a ENT.
I have had multiple oral surgeries pertaining to dental implants that required also having bone grafts and sinus lifts on both sides. I unfortunately had a implant fail 3 times in the same area. Unsure if it is related to the sinus lift. Bone grafting did not form well enough to hold the implant in place. I do believe part of the issue pertains to the sinus lift and my sinuses in general.
