Default Gum Disease and Natural Supplements

First of all I was informed back in the 80's at age about 50something, that I needed deep scaling done...I never did it. Years later I found Grape Seed Extract and have been taking it about 25 yrs and gums are so healthy.... Another person is saying she needs gum grafting and I'm not sure about that but sent her this info and said get more info from others.... This gum grafting is painful and EXPENSIVE.... Don't fall for what we're told by the dentists...do research and get other opinions.

Here is what a local dentist says and I hope it will be published here.

I thought I'd update my info here....I'm in 10th yr of NOT seeing a dentist. But believe me I've had my share in my life...

Grape Seed Extract, good gum health. Vit C helps too as does Vit D3.
Coconut Oil Toothpaste, use Now brand and add clove drops to my little jar I use.

Cut way way way back on refined sugars and carbs...major. Love not needing a dentist. Started my
journey by refusing xrays about 10 yrs ago.

Dental issues ruin so much.
