Default 1 month pain after wisdom teeth removal

Hi, I am posting here because I am at a loss with my specific issue.
I had all 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed on March, 26, 2025.
I am having pain in the lower (LEFT) socket area (kinda in front of the socket on the bony area).

This pain is a deep, dull aching pain that radiates to my other teeth and occasionally to my temple.

My concern is that I don’t have any traditional symptoms accompanying this pain.

Firstly ibuprofen and Tylenol do diminish the pain down to a 0-1 out of 10. If I taper off the pain medicine, sometimes up to 12 hours after taking the medicine, I will start having pain raise from a 0-1 to a 1-2 for a while & then pain will flare up to between a 5-6-7 (it hasn’t surpassed the 7 point).

The pain being a dull ache DOES NOT throb or pulsate at all, it’s just a constant feeling even ache.
Sometimes it makes the top teeth on the left hurt and sometimes it affects the bottom left side teeth more but when I use a CLEAN finger to feel around in my mouth I can tell the pain is stemming from the spot in front of the extraction site and also kinda behind the extraction site on the jaw bone area.

I have NO — fever or raised temp at all, redness, tingling, numbness. Dry socket, pus, bad smell, discharge, bruising, swelling, or notable inflammation of the area.

I have been back to my oral surgeon 3 times since my surgery for check ups and he has done 2 post op x ray panoramas and said my jaw looks fine, no teeth roots were left.

My sockets themselves are not fully closed having a pocket still on both bottom sites that look very similar between the sides (but the RIGHT side has no pain and hasn’t since week 2 1-2 ish).

——- My surgeon has told me to come back in two weeks for another check —- but also wants me to preeminently book another surgical appointment with him 2 1/2 weeks out for him to reopen the site and de-breed the area incase there is something in the site we cannot see. He will be putting me to sleep if he has to do that (the whole service being free or charge because he just wants me to get better — which is super nice and appreciated but also nerve wracking to be put under again).

When I initially had my surgery he also took my blood and used the PRF to fill the holes and said he would do that again if he needed to open the site again and clean it. —- I don’t understand how this site is having so much issues when so much care was taken with my procedure and my surgeon seems soo nice and knowledgeable.

Surgeon also told me it isn’t normal for me to be having this kind of pain this far out - and that he hasn’t had a patient have this exact description with no symptoms otherwise.

I am attaching my PRE OP x ray so that you can see what my wisdoms looked like before having them removed. Again , the LEFT side bottom is my issue here and the radiating pain.

Anyone with similar experience or ideas / prayers is greatly appreciated.
