Question biological oral surgeon

hello... I'm looking for a biological oral surgeon. I live in Central New York State (Syracuse). I'm willing to travel to places in New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland or DC area. Does anyone know of one in these areas?

I found a Dr. Ernie Topolnycky in Buffalo,NY but his listed phone number is out of service. Would anyone know how to reach him?

Thanks,
Karen
