Default wisdom tooth and sinus

hello,

i've had my 4 wisdom teeth out a week ago. before the operation the doctor told me that i had a large cyst in my sinus, after the operation he said that the cyst wast removed. every time i breath, i can feel my gum/cheek in my upper left jaw move up and down like a drum skin. also i constantly have nose bleeds and my cheek bone is really sore. my upper left stitches are bleeding too. am i in trouble? i am really scared about it,

thanks for helping.
