Default Bone loss in my jaw full mouth extractions

What do I do? I am 40 this year. I have had 6 children. I am in wonderful health, except for severe bone loss in my mouth. Dentists have recommended full mouth extractions. What does that require? Pain? Embarrassement?... for how long? I do not have alot of finances and I am desperate to fix my teeth and my smile. I will not smile and feel this has aged me drastically. My teeth are loose and my gums have receeded. I can't go on like this. Any advice please write!!!!! Doctors recommendations would be appreciated.
Thank you
