Thank you Bryanna. Surely she must have just misunderstood. I haven't been able to get ahold of her but I'll tell her next time she calls me. By then, she may have visited the dentist again and gotten the misunderstanding straightened out if that's what it was. If I can ever get my dental work done, I sure hope they don't do something like that to me. I'll be sure to listen closely! :D

I talked to my daughter yesterday and she confirmed that they didn't tell her beforehand that she was getting a partial that was for looks only. She can't eat with it. It's just plasic teeth. For over $300!

Is it a temp? They gave me a temp while my permanent one was being made.

If it's a temp, they didn't tell her that. I'll ask her to call them and see if that's the case. Maybe a permanent one would be a lot more expensive and they didn't think she could afford it, which is true---she probably couldn't.

Yep, mine was a temp until my bridge was built. That would make sense and the temp partial sucked! I couldn't talk worth anything with it. LOL
