Smile And now Thursday...

Hi all... Thanks for all your "kudos" on my attitude, Monday. Made me feel good! I'm getting better... I am.

Idealist ~ I write mostly poems and stuff like that. I used to write short fiction stories... Haven't in a while yet. The book I'm writing is non-fiction, about OCD. A "different" approach to healing from it... What's worked for me, I guess. That's a work in progress... And probably for a while.

Kelly ~ How's it going on changing your diet? No more caffeine? I think I'd completely freak out. LOL. Seriously, though... YOU have the right attitude. If change is going to make you feel better, go for it.

Hope everyone's well. I'm doing O.K. Went to therapy today... It was a tough one. Sometimes I get tired of stirring up all those feelings... But it IS necessary, though. It's how I got where I am right now... Which isn't too bad.

Have a great day/evening. ~ Sly

Hi Sly!

Yeah! We made it 'til thursday! And I'm not posting a day late this time.

I've written some poetry, but I write mostly fiction and non-fiction myself. I've thought about writing some articles on living with chronic pain, but figured people would just say I was complaining.

Hope everyone's having a great day!

nothing new for me except that I refused to participate in training tonight. I refused to drive the truck in the cone course because I have not been to meetings to practice. It is a waste of my time because I can't do it anyway. They will probably tell me to hit the road soon and give me the boot. I don't really care anymore.

I'm doing pretty good. Had a great job interview last night that has really sent me on a high. I'm really hoping for this great opportunity.

Sleep well everybody.

Sly, I am doing better taking my medicine at the right time (I have to take my stomach med 30 min. before a meal) but not so good with the caffine or changing my diet, but I will. I am definetly working on it.......I feel better in the morning with the Zantac I take before bed. I used to get real nauseous in the morning, but the doc said it was because of refluxing at night, which I don't do with the Zantac. I have to eat smaller more frequent meals too, because a huge meal can wreck havoic on GERD....I have confidence that I am on the right path to feeling better... Thanks for asking!
