Default Tired of the ups and downs

I have been up and down for about the past two, almost three years. I always end up being stretched thin from work, and not having any time for myself or a social life. I dread every day that I go to work, and on my days off I spend time dreading having to go to work. I am exhausted.

I'm sorry you are having such a hard time. I hope that things get better for you. Hang in there though, something good will come out of all your worries and troubles. *hugs*

Hi resqgirl! I'm sorry things aren't going well right now. Do you think that with all the ups and downs it might be time for a med change? How about a job change since you aren't enjoying it.

Hi Resqgirl. I'm sorry things are feeling so rough. My sister has gone through something like that. I really hope that you find some way to stabilize your moods so you can stay on a more even keel. Feel better!

Best Wishes,
Idealist
