Unhappy stress is getting to me.

I don't know if I'm just really tired from yesterday or what is wrong with me today. My older sister just got out of the hospital today after having a seizure. I had to take care of her kids yesterday all day and go to classes, which realy wore me out. Today, I slept in and I went to lunch with my friend. Then I went to my math class, and psychology class. I've been excited all day because I got asked to join the honor's society club for having good grades. I just don't know why I keep feeling really down today on top of being really happy. I've been having so many up's and down's today that it isn't funny. I wish that I felt better.
