Unhappy stress is getting to me.

I don't know if I'm just really tired from yesterday or what is wrong with me today. My older sister just got out of the hospital today after having a seizure. I had to take care of her kids yesterday all day and go to classes, which realy wore me out. Today, I slept in and I went to lunch with my friend. Then I went to my math class, and psychology class. I've been excited all day because I got asked to join the honor's society club for having good grades. I just don't know why I keep feeling really down today on top of being really happy. I've been having so many up's and down's today that it isn't funny. I wish that I felt better.

Hi Wish. I'm sorry to hear about your sister. give her get well hugs from all of us. Congrats on the good grades too....you rock!

It's hard to feel good when you are stressed to the max. I'm the same way...today has been one of those days for me too, so I'll join you on the stressed couch.

Get some rest and see how you are feeling tomorrow. Wouldn't nightly massages be great??

Hey Wish,

Sounds to me like it was a mite stressful day. I hope your sister's doing well. And I hope you are feeling more normal real soon.

Very best wishes,
Idealist

Well, today isn't going much better. I kept waking up last night and I didn't get very much sleep. I'm so tired today and I'm still really stressed out. I shouldn't be though. I mean my sister is home now and classes are going normal again. I just feel really down today. I see a psychiatrist tomorrow so maybe that's what's causing me to feel this way. I don't know. I just need some rest.
