Hi dear Ashley ~ How are you feeling today? I hope today was a better day for you. I'm sorry you've been suffering from depression. Have you had it for long? Have you talked to your doctor about it? If this is a regular thing for you, please speak with your doctor. He CAN help you with it. Don't try and "fix" it by yourself, because it can't be done.

I'll be thinking of you when you have your SCS trial on Friday. I had the implant years ago. I had it for 6 months, but it had to be removed unfortunately. It wasn't due to any fault of the SCS. It was because I was too skinny, and the darn "generator" tried to work itself out! So everything had to be removed. NUTS.

Anyway -- will you let us know what happens after your trial? I'll be looking forward to hearing how it goes. Best of luck & God bless. Hugs, Lee

Default Keep going

Hi, I suffer from depression but thankfully only when my conditions overwhelm me.

I have always been told "TALK ABOUT IT" so just when you feel like it voice it through this site. I have not found anyone here who would turn a deaf ear to those asking for help.

Keep going, who knows what great thing could happen tomorrow.

Smile My Turn

Hi Ashley, well my turn today to be really down, couldn't get up and out of bed for long time. I have REM sleep behaviour disorder and last night was an extra difficult one with crazy crazy dreams. Sooooooooooo tired.

It is happening a bit more frequently now but I know if I tough it out, do something practical to distract me a bit IT WILL PASS for now.

As Forrest Gump would say, "lifes like a box of chocolates, you never know what you will get next" LOL

Hope today is better for you
