That can be a difficult question to answer. I have been in that same situation many times in my own life. I usually try to count my blessings and pray.

i remember a vice president who had a bad heart .he was always in the hospital even after he left office.he even had enough energy to help in the "tea party"movement.he didnt let his constant heart failure stop him
