Default Friday

Today is colder here- you can tell its getting fall fast. I am exhausted from te past three days of work and dread the next two this weekend. I got yelled at by a coworker yesterday because I refused to give a drug for her that I was unsure how to mix. It turned out that she had mixed it wrong already- and she had to throw away what she had mixed and let the nursing supervisor do it for her. She cornered me in the med room and said, "Don't ever tell me that you don't want to do something like that for me, especially if a patient is around, you made me look bad". She was quite viscious towards me and I almost cried right there on the spot. That is something that I need to work on- not getting teary eyed when someone yells at me. Anyway, I don't know how much longer I can take this job. I am too stressed. Everything makes me anxious and makes me want to run in the other direction. I am too tired to even think right now. I don't know when things are going to get better.

Resq ~ How long have you been at this job now? Maybe it's not for you. I mean, I remember when you were still in school... And weren't sure then... Is there something else you could do? I just feel bad that you're so sad...

How's everyone? I'm hanging in there...

So glad it's Friday... I need a few days off... Very much.

Hugs ~ Sly

Hi friends,
Sorry I have not been around much this week. I am still in a lot of pain from my hips and lower back. It is hard to sit at the computer. Went to the doctor, but the x-rays were normal. Must be muscular due to CP, but it hurts really badly. Maybe some physical therapy is in order? Say a prayer for me that the pain goes away soon, because I don't know how much more I can take of this pain. I have the weekend to rest though, besides doing homework (and laundry) because my mom is going out of town. I may go over to my friend's on Sunday, but otherwise my body is going to be on the couch.

They decided to get a relator for my grandma's house, because it is not selling....Also, on a good note, Laura looked at it yesterday and was VERY interested. She is bringing her mom with her to look at it again next week. A good sign.

I know this is off topic, but does anyone know what works best to relieve muscle spasms other than medicine? I have Motrin 800 mg. to take, but it isn't helping - not one bit. GRRRR......Needless to say, I am a bit depressed today! This pain is getting SO old.

Gentle healing hugs. I'm a firm believer in heating pads, massage and as much movement to keep it from seizing up. Hope you feel better soon.
