A therapist once told me when I was going through what you're dealing with to "just move the muscles." Her point was, you may not feel much like doing something, so go through the motions, and you'll feel better for having tried and accomplished only a tiny bit. I found that to be very helpful to me.

I sometimes wonder if antidepressants and other pharmaceuticals are addictive for the same reasons that cigarettes were made addictive.
