ever try emdr? some guy was on radio and said he was legally blind and improved his vision

he said people were made to be hunters i so assume the first thing people did was stare into the distance for deer etc or enemies

instead we get on computers
i stared out the window and felt better

of course this isnt the same as emdr

maybe try bird watching

whats weird if you look through binoculars you feel different
