Unhappy Nuts!

How does anyone deal with years, nay, decades of unrelenting frustration? It gets extremely difficult, approaching impossibility, to "keep on keeping on."

Red face sigh

Hi PonyBoy,

I wish I had some advice... i'd be the first to take it. All i can say is, I know how you feel. I get very frustrated about it. In fact I am, as it is.

Obviously I'm not going to tell you to "keep on keeping on" even if sadly that is the best we can do. Still, despite my useless words, i saw your post and thought maybe you could use an extra

I guess we all handle it in different ways. I did my best to make an intolerable situation better until I finally (!) realized it wasn't going to get better and I was either going to get really sick or truly go nuts.

That's when I decided to get out of that situation... easier said than done sometimes, I know.

I suppose a person could try to re-direct your attention and energies in order to try to keep your mind in a better place but it seems you are already trying to do that.

Guess I will just wish you good luck, may you make the best possible decisions in dealing with it all.

Thumbs down

I shouldn't complain, because things could always get worse.
Today, they did.

Unhappy i'm so sorry...

i don't want to be indiscreet, but...

may i ask what happened? are you feeling much worse in general or was there something specific?

please don't feel pressured to answer... but maybe you want to talk about it.

sending you huggggs and good thoughts that tomorrow be a better day for you.

Smile Try to look at the bright side, sweety.

Please, try to enjoy the temporary
peace & quiet, sweety. You've more, than, earned this! And, who knows,
how much longer, it'll last. {{{{{{{{{{{{Gene}}}}}}}}}}}}
