Default Depression Check-in Week of 10/22

How is everybody? I worked my tail off today. My sister put in a swimming pool last summer and had lots of huge sandstone rocks. We brought over two loads today and I used the small ones to outline the trees. I've got some big ones for around the planters. I haven't gotten to that yet...kind of heavy.

Mentally I'm doing well. Somebody tried so hard this weekend to get me down and nyeah nyeah nyeah, it didn't work. LOLOL Better luck next time bud!

So, how ya doing?

Jingle, you are certainly very welcome...

Hard to believe the new week's starting already...sigh...another sigh...

I ain't ready for it, but I never am, and I still get through...

Hope you are all doing really, really great today, and have a good week...

For me today was not easy Guess what I did .... I cleaned. We have an enormous pantry and I had emptied it, painted it, top to bottom and all the shelves, walls, ceiling - Today I put in new shelf paper and resorted/replaced the food items. Of course I had to throw away half the food because it had expired.
I even made some great little wooden 'stair-step' thingys to set rows of canned goods on so I can see what's there. ~whew~.

Hi,
Yesterday, I went to the mall and I got some new lotion and lip gloss from Bath & Body Works. I could spend all my time in that store (and money) and be happy! LOL Anyway, the crowds bugged me, but I did ok with that. I went to visit a friend today, and had a good time. Laura is supposed to come tomorrow, but I won't count on that because she hasn't been keeping her word well lately....but I know she's busy, and has other clients, so I understand.

In school, I have to give a presentation about the children's book "Where The Wild Things Are." I have 2 quizzes this week, but I don't really care about one of them because it's just a one credit class...I know I should not look at it like that, but if the prof. was more invested in us learning the stuff, I would be too. I spend most of my time on Children's Literature. That is my favorite class. Anyone been watching the World Series? Who are you wanting to win? I am for Detroit......they deserve it.

Mentally, I am doing ok, better, but still have a ways to go. Well, I need to get to bed now. Hope everyone is well.

Hello Everyone,

Today wasn't a very good day for me. I spent most of it sleeping. Just had no energy to do anything. I have alot of days like that. I hate it. Maybe tomorrow will be better. I hope you all have a great week!
Love,
Linda

Kelly I love to shop there. From the bubble bath to the instant hand sanitizers! I take their lotion which though perfectly fragant, just don't provide the moisture that I need, so I take half a bottle of unscented Eucerin and a bottle of Bath and Body Works and mix them together. Yum! They always have great sales too. Bubble baths restore my sanity and are a necessisty in my life. Thank God for huge soaking tubs!

Hi Linda. I hope today is better for you, though a day snoozing sounds wonderful to me.
