you are not alone! a lot of folks you know IRL have depression problems and just don't admit it. that is the beauty of a site like this...folks can own up anonymously and get support and feel better for knowing they are not alone. i have had clinical depression from 14 years old and it is hard to feel normal sometimes so i know how you all feel. you are NOT alone !!!

I was sitting in my bath yesterday just letting my mind ...think and all kinds of things whirled around. It is like for some people they say if i can survive work today or the crazy traffic or if i can get threw this meeting for work . but for others it is like if I can survive myself today my thoughts... and you do feel alone because most everyone else seems to be on a diffrent page in another book. but here I find company help support and I hope I can give another company help and support back . this place and the people here are like a family to me. They are real They are not trying to hold some reputation of perfect life keeping up with the jones kinda picture. No one judges me and they care because they have been or are right where I am .
we are not alone Kal jane becasue of this place just like you said people can come here and be ,feel, share, talk about what they need to and find they are not alone and knowing that is warmth to the soul and comfort to the heart. thanks for reminding me that I am not alone
