Is this the same person who was running out to meet us with chocolates...the same one who would be riding on my lap? :D

There won't be silence...I'm bringing all my Gathier Gathering CD/s

Abbie 11-12-2008 11:06 PM

I've been out looking for just the right bus...

I have a few options and if/when I can figure out how to do a poll I will post for all to help decide. :o

You know I'm just teasing you about the poll...I have no clue how to make one either!

......getting out my Atlas....:D.....need to know what kind of teas everyone likes, or maybe some kona coffee would be good....(((Wren)))...chocolates and coffee....ummmmm :) ....hmmmmm..where is Abbie...maybe I could fly there and help her pick out that bus ....wouldn't want to have to spring her from jail ...Alffe..what are your favorite muffins :)

Alffe 11-13-2008 03:37 PM

Muffins...well I really like banana nut, and lemon poppyseed, and blueberry and... Abbie is right in the middle of the country like me...we gots to meet for lunch...Bizi too.

I went down to Middlebury for cheese this afternoon and the Amish farmers were working on their fields...those draft horses are just enormous! And there was a big black bull, weaving in and out of the cornstalks voicing his opinion...just a beautiful day and the sun finally made an appearance. There's snow in the forecast and Arizona is looking better by the min. *grin

CBT for blues

"...Seems anytime someone says something to me that isn't nice I just keep replaying it over and over. I should have said something because maybe they didn't mean to be so harsh...yeah right..."

For those of you who suffer from such thought patterns, I highly recommend David Burns' book, Feeling Good. You learn about disruptive thought patterns and use cognitive behavioural therapy to put an end to it. CBT has been shown to be more effective than antidepressants. A group of us got together and worked through a chapter at time. Can't say enough good things about it.

Thanks for the recomendation Akimbo...what's your fav. kind of muffin? :D
