Default Starting to fall

I feel my self falling ever so slightly. I was up on the surface of the world living my life and now I am sinking down into a hole. In this hole I can see up see what is happening around me and what I am doing but it is like I am not there in person. I know this feeling and I know that eventually I will be completely in the hole and in the dark. I want to crawl out but the effort is so great. It seems the imposible task. Why is it I let myself get to this state?
I am just posting my thought tonight.

Heart

babie, I have had (and I think every single person has) those feelings and those thoughts more than once in my life.... they come quite often actually...

Try not to think much about them... just give time to time... time cures and heals everything... let things go away... let them pass...

Have good rest... sleep well.... eat well... and you will "suddenly" feel better.... just, dont force things, dont push them, just wait, and things will fall into their place because of their own weight

You can read my posts and you will see I have had pretty dark moments, but that I have also "let them go".....

Feel free to come here, talk, pm, chat, etc...

You asked why you are letting this happen to yourself, but maybe you can't control it? You can control how you ask for help, but you can't always control when you become depressed and how depressed you are (at least I couldn't). Some people have reoccurring depression. Maybe you do?

Have you asked for help? You should before it gets too out of control.

^^^^ Yep, I support that....

Ask for help. It can be psychological help or medical help... or a combination of both !

Take care.
