Default Sickness: and how low is to low

Okay I've been watching myself and I've been fine. Other than till I finally
put down some foot and looked couldn't locate my meter.

But I found it. And I'm running a 86 at the point right before I ate at 3pm.

The thing is I've been making sure I eat and drink as adviced.

But I don't have a clue how low is to low.

I am a type 1 diabetic. In my case, my doctor doesn't like me to get any lower than 70 at any time of the day. Ideally, I think they like your pre meal blood sugar level to be between 70-100. I would check with your doctor and see what they expect. Good luck.
